I watched a wonderful video with five parts and just a picture to watch, but Maria Anne Hirschmann, “Hansi”, tells her personal story of how she grew up, her involvement with the Hitler Youth, imprisonment in a Communist camp, and escape, eventually coming to the United States, interwoven with her coming to faith in Jesus. She stresses how important it is to teach our children about freedom and what it means as well as to preserve it for future generations.
